Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard in our office in Rurrenabaque.
We provide private and dormitory-style sleeping accommodations. Dormitory bedrooms will only include members of your group.
You will have no access to ATMs during your pampas tour so make sure that you bring whatever you may need during your tour. Because everything is included in your tour, you will only need cash for alcohol, additional snacks, or tips.
Please note that whilst there are ATMs and Banks in Rurrenabaque town sometimes foreign cards might not work and the ATMs sometimes run out of cash. It is best if you can bring cash with you from La Paz or other place you are traveling from.
The price of the trip includes all food (02 breakfast, 03 lunch, 02 dinner) and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cold beer, wine, and snacks are available for a couple of hours in the evening. We bring plenty of bottled water with us.
We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. Please inform us ahead of time if you require a special menu.
Indigena Tours is a socially responsible company and we are proud to pay all staff fair wages.
Nevertheless, our guides strive to provide you with an excellent experience and are happy to accept gratuities for outstanding service.
We run a generator for a few hours in the evening to provide guests with light to shower, charge batteries, and enjoy dinner. To conserve energy, we shut down the generator after dinner and distribute candles to guests.
Our ecolodge is not outfitted with any internet service, including WiFi.
The lodge has a limited number of electrical outlets for guests to recharge cameras, flashlights, etc. Please note that we only power the lodge for a few hours each day.
The lodge is equipped with private showers but the water is not heated. However, water is stored in above ground tanks which heat in the sun.
We are absolutely a child-friendly tour operator. Please note that young children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and it is the parents responsibility that children behave in a responsible manner.
